Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) will publish the Kerala Administrative Services (KAS) 2019 notification today, on November 1, 2019, at 3 pm suggest reports. This is the first time ever KAS exam in Kerala.
Today’s date happens to be the birth of Kerala and is celebrated as Kerala Piravi. On this special day, the commission is looking forward to announce details of the first ever Kerala IAS exam. As per reports, the time of 3 pm has been informed by Chairman ML Sakeer.

കെ.എ.എസില്‍ എട്ടുവര്‍ഷസേവനം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് യു.പി.എസ്.സി. മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങള്‍ പ്രകാരം ഐ.എ.എസില്‍ പ്രവേശിക്കാനുള്ള അവസരമാണ് തുറന്നുകിട്ടുന്നത്
കേരള ഭരണ സര്‍വീസി (കെ.എ.എസ്.) ലേക്കുള്ള പി.എസ്.സി.യുടെ ആദ്യ വിജ്ഞാപനം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചു. കെ.എ.എസ് ഓഫീസര്‍ (ജൂനിയര്‍ ടൈം സ്‌കേല്‍) ട്രെയിനീ സ്ട്രീം 1, സ്ട്രീം 2. സ്ട്രീം 3 തസ്തികകളിലേക്കാണ് അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
പ്രാഥമിക പരീക്ഷ 2020 ഫെബ്രുവരിയിലായിരിക്കും. മുഖ്യപരീക്ഷയുടെയും അഭിമുഖത്തിന്റെയും സമയം പിന്നീട് അറിയിക്കും. പരീക്ഷാഘടന, പാഠ്യപദ്ധതി എന്നിവ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയാണ് വിജ്ഞാപനം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. പ്രാഥമിക പരീക്ഷയില്‍ ഭാഷാ നൈപുണ്യമൊഴികെയുള്ളവയ്ക്ക് ഇംഗ്ലീഷിലായിരിക്കും ചോദ്യങ്ങള്‍. മുഖ്യ പരീക്ഷ ഇംഗ്ലീഷിലോ മലയാളത്തിലോ എഴുതാവുന്നതാണ്.
ബിരുദമാണ് അപേക്ഷിക്കാനുള്ള അടിസ്ഥാന യോഗ്യത. നേരിട്ടുള്ള നിയമനത്തിന് 32 വയസ്സും പൊതുവിഭാഗത്തില്‍നിന്നുള്ള ആദ്യ തസ്തികമാറ്റത്തിന് 40 വയസ്സും ഒന്നാം ഗസറ്റഡ് ഓഫീസര്‍മാരില്‍നിന്നുള്ള രണ്ടാം തസ്തികമാറ്റത്തിന് 50 വയസ്സുമാണ് ഉയര്‍ന്ന പ്രായപരിധി. സംവരണ വിഭാഗങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ചട്ടപ്രകാരമുള്ള ഇളവുകള്‍ ലഭിക്കും
പ്രതീക്ഷിത ഒഴിവുകള്‍ കണക്കാക്കിയാണ് വിജ്ഞാപനം തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. നൂറിലേറെ ഒഴിവുകളുണ്ടാകുമെന്നാണു പ്രതീക്ഷ. റാങ്ക്പട്ടികയ്ക്ക് ഒരുവര്‍ഷ കാലാവധിയാണ് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഒരു വര്‍ഷത്തിനകത്ത് ഉണ്ടാകാനിടയുള്ള ഒഴിവുകള്‍ മുന്‍കൂട്ടി കണക്കാക്കിയാണ് നിയമനം. ഐ.എ.എസിനു സമാനമായി ഒരുമിച്ച് നിയമന ശുപാര്‍ശ അയച്ച് പരിശീലനം നല്‍കുന്നതാണ് രീതി. 18 മാസത്തെ പരിശീലനമാണുള്ളത്.
പരീക്ഷാ ഘടന
200 മാര്‍ക്കിനാണ് പ്രാഥമിക പരീക്ഷ. രണ്ട് ഭാഗമുണ്ട്. ഒ.എം.ആര്‍. മാതൃകയിലാണിത്. രണ്ടാംഭാഗത്തില്‍ 50 മാര്‍ക്കിന് ഭാഷാവിഭാഗം ചോദ്യങ്ങളാണ്; മലയാളത്തിന് 30 മാര്‍ക്കും ഇംഗ്ലീഷിന് 20 മാര്‍ക്കും. മുഖ്യപരീക്ഷ വിവരണാത്മകമാണ്. 100 മാര്‍ക്ക് വീതമുള്ള മൂന്നു ഭാഗം. അഭിമുഖം 50 മാര്‍ക്കിന്. മുഖ്യപരീക്ഷയ്ക്കും അഭിമുഖത്തിനുമുള്ള മാര്‍ക്ക് കണക്കിലെടുത്താണ് റാങ്ക്പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കുക.

സംസ്ഥാന ഭരണനിര്‍വഹണം കാര്യക്ഷമമാക്കുകയും ഐ.എ.എസിലേക്ക് സമര്‍ഥരായ ചെറുപ്പക്കാരെ നിയോഗിക്കുകയുമാണ് കെ.എ.എസ്. ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്. ഐ.എ.എസിലേക്കുള്ള സംസ്ഥാന സിവില്‍ സര്‍വീസ് ക്വാട്ട വര്‍ഷങ്ങളായി ഒഴിഞ്ഞുകിടക്കുകയാണ്. കെ.എ.എസില്‍ എട്ടുവര്‍ഷസേവനം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് യു.പി.എസ്.സി. മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങള്‍ പ്രകാരം ഐ.എ.എസില്‍ പ്രവേശിക്കാനുള്ള അവസരമാണ് തുറന്നുകിട്ടുന്നത്.
