Many aspirants of RRC Group D and RRB NTPC exams are waiting for more than a year for the release of exam dates for these two railway exams. Around 2 crore aspirants applied for RRC Group D and RRB NTPC in February and March 2019 for approximately 1.4 lakhs vacancies releases by the Railways.
The posts under RRB NTPC recruitment includes Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Trains Clerk, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Traffic Assistant, Goods Guard, Senior Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist, Senior Time Keeper, Commercial Apprentice and Station Master in various Zonal Railways and Production Units of Indian Railways.
Now it’s been a year, but still no update came from the railway board about these exams’ dates. As per the news circulating in newspapers and media, applicants have to wait more for any official notice as the exams are not going to be conducted in the near future. As per the notice released by the board in September 2019, RRB invited bidders for the exam conducting agency. Railways Recruitment board has invited different agencies for open E-tenders for conducting the CBT of RRB NTPC. RRB has released a notice highlighting the sequence of events for the ongoing recruitment. This process will take more time and we can hope that finalization of agency to conduct the exam will be completed in 2-3 months (April), after which any official notification for the commencement of exam will be released.
