ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടനയുടെ മേൽനോട്ടത്തിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പൊതു സേവന സ്ഥാപനമാണ് കേരള പി.എസ്.സി. ഇത് 1956 നവംബർ 1-ന് രൂപീകൃതമായി. ഭരണഘടനയുടെ ആർട്ടിക്കിൾ 320 (3) പ്രകാരം പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന സർക്കാരിന്റെ ഉപദേഷ്ടാവ് കൂടിയാണ് ഇത്. കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവീസ് കമ്മീഷന്റെ ആസ്ഥാനം തിരുവനന്തപുരം പട്ടം കൊട്ടാരത്തിലെ തുളസി ഹിൽസിലാണ്.

Kerala PSC 2021 Selection Process
As per the chairman of PSC, Mr. MK Saker, have announced the change in examination pattern and this new examination pattern will be implemented from the 2021 admission cycle that is from December application process.
According to the officials, this new pattern will benefit in terms of making the selection process easier and precise for filling vacancies of different grade posts. They will also release final lists after the declaration of Mains results 2021 of the marks secured by the qualified candidates.
Marks obtained in the preliminary examination will only help candidates to confirm his/her eligibility to appear in the Mains examination. Marks of Preliminary examination will not be added in the Mains score list.

Selection process of KPSC flows in three tiers:
- Preliminary examination.
- Mains
- Interview and GD.

Kerala PSC 2021 Exam Pattern
KPSC preliminary and mains both examinations take place under the strict supervision and guidance of the government.
Preliminary Exam
- Preliminary exam consists of two papers: General studies and Language proficiencies.
- Total duration of each paper is 90 minutes.
- Medium of paper will be English and Malayalam and it consists of multiple-choice question types.

- Information related to the Interview round will be notified soon after the mains result gets declared. It will be made available to appointed candidates through Email.

KPSC 2021 Admit card
As per the schedule followed, Admit cards will be made available on the website by the month of December or January on the main website of the Kerala public service commission, almost a month prior to the Preliminary examination and by the month of August for the mains examination (just after the preliminary results get announced).
Point to remember:
- Separate admit cards will be issued for both the Preliminary and mains examination.
- Applicants need to be very active with the official website to get updated.
Admit cards can be downloaded once made available from the official website and it consists of personal information about the candidate like:
- Name of the candidate.
- Enrollment no. and Roll number allotted to a candidate.
- Photograph and signature of the candidate.
- Address of the examination center allotted
- Time to reach the examination center on the day of examination.
- Dos and don’ts, plus dress code to be followed.
It is important for a candidate to bring a printed copy of digitally generated admit card to the examination centre on the day of examination along with one id proof.
