A total of 629 vacancies are released for the post of Deputy Director, Architectural Assistant, Surveyor, Patwari, Stenographer, Junior Secretariat Assistant, Mali, Assistant Director, Assistant Accounts Officer, Planning Assistant, and SO (Horticulture). Educational Qualification

Before making any progress with the application procedure, check the eligibility criteria. For each post advertised, different educational qualification is required.

For Deputy Director (System)

• Must have Ph.D in Computer Science/ IT.
  OR
• ME/M.Tech in Computer Science/IR with first class or at least 60% marks in aggregate with 03 years of relevant experience.
  OR
• BE/B.Tech/M. Sc in Computer Science/IT/MCA with first class or minimum 60% marks in aggregate with 05 years of relevant experience in computer programming.

For Deputy Director (Planning)

• Bachelor’s degree in Planning/ Architecture/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Municipal Engineering or Master in Geography/Sociology/Economics or its equivalent
  OR
• Postgraduation in Planning with specialization in any of the field of Town/City/Urban/Housing/Transport/Environmental Planning.
• Minimum 05 years of experience in a planning office in development authority or local body or in a government undertaking.
• Desirable Qualification:
  • Diploma or Degree in Geographic Information System (GIS)/ Geo-informatics or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Associate Membership of the Institute of Town Planners.

For Assistant Director (Pig.)

• Essential:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Planning/ Architecture/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Municipal Engineering or Master in Geography/Sociology/Economics or its equivalent
  • Postgraduation in Planning with specialization in any of the fields of Town/City/Urban/Housing/Transport/Environmental Planning.
• Desirable:
  • Diploma or Degree in Geographic Information System (GIS)/ Geo-informatics or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Associate Membership of the Institute of Town Planners (India).

For Assistant Accountant Officer

• CA/CS/ICWA/Master in Financial Control/ MBA (Finance), or its equivalent.

For Planning Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree in Planning/Architecture or its equivalent.

For SO (Horticulture)

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or horticulture or Forestry or its equivalent.

For Agricultural Assistant

• Degree in Agriculture or its equivalent.

For Surveyor

• Diploma or 02 years National Trade Certificate in surveying or its equivalent and 02 years experience in Survey work.

For Stenographer

• 12th pass certificate or equivalent
• Skill test –
  • 10 min dictation with the speed on 80 wpm.
  • Transcription: 50 min in English, 65 min in Hindi
• Desirable qualification
  • Preference to given to those who have Diploma in Office management and secretarial practice for recognized university.

For Patwari

• Essential:
  • Graduate from any recognized university
• Desirable:
  • Proficiency in computer
  • Working knowledge of Urdu/Hindi.

For Junior Secretariat Assistant

• 12th class pass from recognized university or Board.
• Typing speed should be 35 WPM in English and 30 WPM in Hindi on computer.

For Mali

• 10th pass from a recognized Board or its equivalent.

Age Limit 

• Deputy Director (System/Planning) –Not exceeding 40 years
• Assistant Director (System) – Not exceeding 35 years
• Assistant Director (Planning), Assistant Accountants Officer, Architectural Officer, Planning Assistant, Section Officer (Horticulture)– 30 years
• Surveyor – 18 to 25 years
• Stenographer Gr.- D – 18 to 30 years
• Patwari –Between 21 to 27 years
• Junior Secretariat Assistant – Between 18 to 27 years
• Mali – 18 to 25 years
