Online applications are invited in the prescribed format for direct recruitment of probationary trainees at the rate of Rs 12,400 per month as per the rules for the mentioned vacant posts of class 4 employees in Rajasthan.
Vacancy Details in RHC Driver & 4th Class Employee Recruitment 2019:
Totally 9698 Vacancies of Driver & Class 4 Posts in TSP area & Non TSP Area of Rajasthan High Court.
The number of vacancies this time is 60% higher than last time. Last year, Rajasthan High Court had conducted class 4 recruitment for 2309 vacancies.
Vacancies distribution is between district courts, and district legal services authority. In district courts, there are 3159 vacancies for non TSP area, and 151 for TSP area. Whereas for district legal services authority there are 345 vacancies in non TSP area, and 23 in TSP area.
Category wise distribution is as follows. Starting with district courts TSP area; there are 1281 vacancies for general candidates, 326 for EWS, 472 for SC, 388 for ST, 534 for OBC, 158 for MBC. Then for TSP area there are 69 vacancies for general candidates, 14 for EWS, 6 for SC, 62 for ST.
Moving to the district legal services authority vacancies for non TSP region; there happen to be 149 vacancies for general category candidates, 28 for EWS, 53 for SC, 30 for ST, 68 for OBC, 17 for MBC. Then for non TSP regions there are 12 vacancies for general, 11 for ST.
Whereas today RHC has published 4th class employees recruitment notification, the application form will be available at hcraj.nic.in from November 18, 2019. On that day, the registration shall commence at 1 pm. Last date to apply has been decided to be December 17, 2019, 11.59 pm.
Also, right now only a short notification is available. Detailed notification with all details like eligibility criteria, age limit, educational qualification, selection process, syllabus et al shall be available at hcraj.nic.in. HCRAJ will release the in-depth details either on the same day that application form will be available, or before that.
Age Limit in RHC Driver & 4th Class Employee Recruitment 2019:
Candidates should be completed in Minimum 18 Years to Maximum 40 Years to apply the Driver & Other class 4 Posts.
Candidates should be completed in 10th or Equivalent to apply the Driver & Other Post.
Qualification
Secondary form recognized board and Practical knowledge of Devanagri Lipi in Hindi and knowledge of Rajasthan culture.

In the previous recruitment, RHC invited class 10th pass candidates to apply for the class 4 posts. Moreover the age limit was 18 years as the lower limit, and 35 years as the upper. In that year, the application fee was Rs 100 for general, ONC, EBC, and Rs 60 for SC, ST, widow females, divorcee females, PWD. Selection was on the basis of merit list, compiled as per marks of applicants in their secondary classes. For the purpose of calculating percentage from CGPA, the CGPA was multipled by 9.5. Registrations were through sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
As probationary trainees, class 4 employees get Rs 12,400 per month. After that, when they come to L1 position, the anticipated salary will be Rs 17,700.
