Admission to Coaching Classes (2020-21) for UPSC Civil Services Examination
Kerala State Civil Service Academy (KSCSA) invites applications for the Entrance Test
conducted by the Academy for admission to coaching classes for UPSC Civil Services
Examination. Civil Service aspirants having the qualification fixed by UPSC for
requirement to Indian Civil Services can apply for the Entrance Test. The integrated
coaching classes for Prelims-cum-Mains (PCM) is scheduled to commence at its Main
Centre, Thiruvananthapuram, and its FIVE major sub-centres at Kollam (TKM Arts &
Science College), Palakkad, Kozhikode, Ponnani (ICSR) and Kalliasseri (Kannur Dist)—
in July 2020.
On-line applications for the Entrance Test can be submitted through the website
www.ccek.org. Applicants have to qualify themselves for admission through Entrance
Test, for admission to any batch. The Entrance Test is scheduled to be conducted on
11.07.2020 at the venue as listed below in this notification. (Subject to change based on
restrictions imposed by Government from time to time in connection with containment
of Covid-19.) Candidates have to choose their batch as detailed below: Choice of Regular
batches among Early Morning/Morning/Afternoon shifts will be allotted based on
selection of their optional subject.

Fee has to be remitted in full at the time of admission
(One-time payment)
10% seats are reserved for students belonging to SC/ST communities for regular
batches. Students selected under reservation category should produce original caste
certificate at the time of admission.
100 students who are economically weak are eligible for fee exemption. The students
selected under this category should produce their income certificate from the Village
Officer concerned, at the time of admission.
Students of ICSR, Ponnani, who are entitled to benefit under Minority and SC/ ST community and students of all the other centres who are entitled to benefit under the SC/ST reservation status, do not come under this privilege.
Note on admission at Institute of Career Studies and Research (ICSR), Ponnani – 50%
of the seats at ICSR are reserved for students from minority community and 10% seats
for SC/ST community.
The students selected under the reservation category are not required to remit the tuition fee and GST.
Separate hostel facility is available for boys and girls at ICSR.
How to Apply
General Instructions for On-line Registration
This on-line registration facility allows you to submit the application form for registering
as a candidate for the entrance test, to qualify for admission to the PCM 2020-21 batch,
conducted by the Academy at its centres – Thiruvananthapuram, Ponnani (ICSR),
Kozhikode, Palakkad, Kalliasseri and Kollam.
Please ensure your eligibility as per the eligibility conditions prescribed by
UPSC for appearing for the Civil Services Examination. (The candidate must
hold a degree of any of the approved Universities)
Please note that your application will be filed successfully only after you have completed
the application form with all the required details and paid the application fee.
Candidate is allowed to submit only one Application Form. Multiple
Applications of a candidate are liable to be rejected.

Procedure for Registration
- See the links below the heading “Register for Entrance Test – PCM 2020-21” in the home page of www.ccek.org
- Read the General Instructions carefully.
- Those who are registering for the first time must go to “NEW USER SIGN UP”
- Complete the registration form.
- Click “REGISTER” button for getting your Register Number.
- The Register Number will be displayed on the screen. Note down the RegisterNumber. The register number is required for login to the second step.
- Click “Proceed for Payment” button. The site will be redirected to “State BankCollect of Centre for Continuing Education Kerala” page of www.onlinesbi.com.
- After making the payment, logon again, using “REGISTERED USER LOGIN” andprovide the “Payment Reference Number” (SBI Collect Reference No.), you receivedafter making payment and Payment Date. (You can also proceed to payment fromthe Home Page, if not made in the first step)
- Click “SAVE” button for completing the registration process and take a print out of theAdmit Card. The Admit Card can be printed any time using the Registered User Login.
- Bring the Admit Card duly affixed with a recent passport size photograph tothe venue of entrance examination along with a valid photo ID proof forverification. The candidates should appear for the test at the Exam Centrechosen by them at the venue
Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Admission to the coaching programme of PCM 2020 Batch is restricted to those
candidates who are selected based on the entrance test scheduled to be held on
11/07/2020 at the respective venues. (Subject to change based on
